Marilyn sold our penthouse for $140k over the asking price in one day! She achieved this last month when the market was no longer “on fire” and set a new sales record for our community of nearly 900 residences. The first afternoon on market, Marilyn brought us four substantial offers and we could not have been more pleased. As a seasoned luxury agent, she came in with a strategy of how she was going to price and market our home. It was astounding how quickly she got the job done and how hard she continually worked on our behalf.
